CHINA: Day 2

So I'm in Quanzhou now... The hotel here is definitely way way WAY better than yesterday's! Okay I mean, the beds are smaller but at least the room is huge and all(: teehee~ AND THERE'S INTERNET! But not wifi=,= URGHHH FML! They have the cable thing but we didnt bring laptop ); *sobs*
But oh wells. So today we woke up at 7 or so. And then we went to eat breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Gosh! I hated it sia! There was even a cockroach there! God. Okay I didn't see it, my aunt did. BUT STILL! Okay and anyway, after breakfast, we went to some garden. I have no idea what it is but oh wells. It's still a garden. There were like tons of old people. Dancing, playing badminton or whatever. Super weird siol. Actually thinking bout it, I've been seeing ALOT OF OLD PEOPLE!!! I haven't actually seen people my age~
Oh wells, after that, we went to the train station (YES, AGAIN) and took the train to Quanzhou. It was 1 hr or so? Then outside the station, there was a McDonald's. So obviously, the KIDS wanted. Hmmm, but we didn't buy much though. Coz lunch was after that. After lunch was some museum visit. Boring=.= I'll post the photos I took on Facebook and put the nicer ones here(:
But anyway, after that we went to some shaolin temple. Apparently some monk there visited Singapore before and took a photo with President Nathan.
When we were boarding the bus again, the tour guide came to touch my waist omg. I was shocked sia. Luckily she's a girl hahahaha! Then she come and say I have a small waist and I was like... Whuuutttt? HAHA!
Okay anyway, moving on. After that was shopping. But it was hardly shopping at all omg=.= and I couldn't find any present to buy for people ); sighhh. But besides all that, we walked past this women selling food and omg, she was selling some jelly maggot worm or whatever shit! Okay I'll post the photo link below when I upload the photos onto Facebook. But hell that was so sick I swear! I was half puking when I saw 2 guys eating it! :x
Gosh. So after that, dinner and then to the hotel. And again, it was an early night. Sighhh. And the adults went to play mahjong in my grandma's room. The kids playing DS in my parents room. And I'm alone in my room :/
Heehee~ oh wells. I actually brought some homework along but I'm still pretty lazy ); anyway, I'm gonna make som cup noodles now so... Talk to you guys later alright?(;

CHINA: Day 3

Gosh today was... ... LONG. REAL LONG. Anyway, I'm blogging from Shantou now. Gah do you guys know how long it took or us to get here?!?!?! 10 HOURS!!! Madness omg. And the hotel here is small, dark and everything else I don't like ); IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A FULL BODY MIRROR! *sobs*
Okay sorry, I'm being a little too bimbo here but you get the point. Gosh. I'm practically freezing here... I don't have any long sleeve shirts. All the shirts that I brought are either sleeveless or short sleeved and this is the coldest place of all! Damn! And I was wearing tights today and the wind was practically raping my legs ); cold like ASDFGHJKL~
And I still haven't been able to shop for anything for Christmas ); I owe people presents man ); Anyway, today's breakfast wasn't so bad :3 coz the hotel was of higher standard? OH AND I ALMOST LOST MY PHONE AGAIN :O scared the hell outta me ); Coz I suppose it was charging then when I wanted to keep the charger, I forgot my phone... But luckily this hotel is good and even told the tour guide that one of us forgot our phones (Y) If not I won't know what will happen to me sia :/
Kay moving on, after that was a 3 hour trip to some jiang tulou. Everyone who lives there has the surname jiang. But then that would mean they would have to marry among themselves right? Okay that's just weird~ and anyway, their houses are... OLD. Like really rundown. The houses are built in what they call a tulou. Kay larh the shape is sorta cool but if you have a sensitive nose like me, it kinda stinks in not a shitty way but you just know it stinks. And the stairs are super steep! I almost fell omg~
Hmmm so after that was lunch in some restaurant around that area. The adults kinda liked the food but I hated it ); BLEHHH~ the kids hate it too so... Yeah. But at least we had chips in the bus(: teehee~ but obviously that didn't fill me :X
But oh wells. Following that was a 6 hour trip to Shantou. Gosh the trip was so darn long and cold ); I have no idea how many times I fell asleep and woke up :/ It was either the strain in my neck hurting, or my aunt talking, or the bus honking... Sighhhh idk how I'm gonna return to training. My strength and stamina has definitely went down a little... And the air too. The air here is real thin :3
Okay okay, well, after we reached, it was dinner and another tour guide joined the group. Okay only for Shantou coz our current tour guide (xiao yan) isn't very familiar with the area here. But my family is pretty high about this place coz the people here all speak the same dialect as us. Well that's pretty much it I suppose. I just wanna say I don't really like it here ); not all the toilets are THAT bad but they all smell like toilets ); okay anyway, I'm freezing ); talk to y'all later (; OH AND I JUST WANNA ADD SOMETHING ON, I love my addidas shoes(; teehee~ the photo is on instagram(: you can see from twitter of I have posted it by then (;

CHINA: Day 4

Okay so I'm back. Again. And trust me today so far was the coldest of all days and I was practically freezing like mad>< My face was numb and my legs were like ice. I was totally NOT PREPARED for it to be so cold ); *sobs* Anyway, morning's breakfast was different... It wasn't buffet. But oh wells. So after breakfast was a visit to some temple... We visited the dragon stuff and whatsoever. Trust me, I wasn't listening to half the things the tour guide was talking. Oh and btw, in shantou, we had another tour guide with us coz xiaoyanzi wasn't so familiar with this place. But anyway, we got to light firecrackers over here!!!!(; if you donate 100RMB and over. Okay at least my air donated so she lighted the fire cracker. LOLS! And I got hit by something that shot out from the fire cracker~ Oh and there were tons of pigeons there!!! White ones(: they were so pretty!! But I was kinda scared that they would shit on me so when it flew above me, I would hide down. And once, I fell on my butt ~.~ HEH>< anyway, after the temple, we went to some city garden. Okay dot get me wrong, it's not in the city, it's just some name I suppose? Oh wells, after that we went to some cannon park. Not canon the dslr but canon like boom boom cannon. Oh wells... It was pretty cool I suppose? Boring though. EVERYWHERE we went to today are all scenic ); we didn't get to shop at all ); haixz... Okay anyway, after that we went to some Thai temple lols... YES ANOTHER TEMPLE. Anyway, I just wanna add something... PEOPLE HERE SMOKE EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE!!! With or without aircon, in restaurants, gardens, hotels, toilets... EVERYWHERE! Gosh! I swear my lungs are hurting ); okay anyway, moving on... After that was lunch I suppose??? It wasn't very nice though. OH BUT WE MET ANOTHER SINGAPOREAN TOUR GROUP TEEHEE~ walao! And that tour had younger people ); NO FAIR! Okay anyway, after that we went to chaozhou. First we visited some hundreds of houses... Okay we didn't actually see the hundreds of houses but some of em. Apparently it belong to some rich businessman who married 70 wives. And apparently there was one house for each wife. And they were of different religions. Some Christians, some buddhist and etc. Wow that guy was such a player! Tsktsktsk. Could he even remember all of their names?! Or his children for the matter? LOLS! Madness. Anyway, moving on. We stopped near some bridge and boat area to take photos... Though I didn't actually see anything much. After that we took some vehicle which I have no idea what, to get to some place then we visited YET ANOTHER TEMPLE=.= gah! Anyway. After that we took trishaws to have a look around. Okay it was... ... BUMPY. Yeap. Oh wells. I guess that was the end I think. Then it was dinner then to the hotel. ARGHHH! And yet again I was so close yet so far from using the Internet ); why China so many hotel got Internet cable but no wifi?! SERIOUSLY! NORMAL people don't being their laptops for holidays ya know=.= gosh. Okay anyway, the hotel today is better I suppose? But the lighting not so good. Which is why the outfit of the day photo ain't do nice (; oh wells. Kay and I just wanna say the adults in my family(which includes my relatives from my mum's side) ARE SERIOUSLY MAHJONG ADDICTS! Lols... They even come hotel play mahjong T.T Electronic some more. Luckily the hotel provide if not they play card mahjong in the room=.= YES THAT'S HOW CRAZY THEY ARE. CHINA: Day 5

Okay I forgot to blog yesterday so I shall blog now on the bus. Coz I was kinda hooked onto the Internet>< WHOOPS~ Anyway, let me recall what we did yesterday... Hmmm... Okay so after breakfast yesterday, we had a 2 hour trip or so. Back to Xiamen. Well at least Xiamen isn't as "village-y" as the others. Hmmm, then after that we went to a temple. YES AGAIN. I have no idea what's with this tour and china URGHHH. FML. Anyway, I really forgot lotsa stuff gosh. But actually yesterday wasn't veh interesting. We visited some tea shop(Dr. tea, the same one I went to when I went for the shijiazhuang exchange programme) and a knife shop. But wherever we go they can also buy stuff. Until now I haven't bought anything... FUUUUU. Argh! Anyway, at night we went for some show. Pretty interesting though. I took some photos and videos(: I'll put the links below after I upload em(: HAHA oh and yeah, they called bryan up at the end haha! Damn joke. Okay anyway, that's all for this day. CHINA: Day 6

Okay. So I'm kinda waiting for the adults to buy their watches so hence the reason I'm blogging now.
Okay anyway, breakfast today was kinda really sorta horrible. The service too! The waiters didn't even clear the tables fast enough! (N)
Okay but that's besides the point. Anyway. First stop this morning was to some garden. But it was to see swans. Okay it's abit weird. But feeding em with leaves nearby was kinda fun haha! Until someone stopped us. Oh wells. After that was a visit to some silk shop.
I have no idea why but every country we visit, we would also visit some silk shop. Okay wait pause... I'm gonna go shop(:

Omg yes! Okay so now I have to buy gifts for 5 more people FYEAH~! Anyway... So after the silk shop was lunch and then to gu lang yu island... Okay that place was boring but oh wells. Okay so after that was to some medicine place. Free soaking of feet for idk what reasons and adults get a free foot massage. Behind all these, there were some "shifus" to read palms of the adults to identify their sickness or smth. Okay larh I shall skip to how much my family spent. Nearly $10000 on the medicines themselves. Lols.
Anyway, moving on. After that was dinner and then shopping just now. Finally got some souvenirs. LOLS. Anyway, so I'm on a boat now. It's for some night view of Xiamen. Okay to me, this is actually kinda pointless coz I'd rather continue shopping=.= oh wells. Continue on later(:

Teehee I was again a lil too lazy to blog last night so... Yeah(: anyway, towards the end of the boat there was this throw dice and win prize or whatever. Anyway, I was pushed up by xiaoyanzi haha! Kay it was damn lame... My dad took a video but I ain't posting(: okay wait I think xiaoyanzi took too with my camera. Lols. Anyway, we were supposed to try to get as many '4's as possible or some combinations. So Bryan went up the first haha. Then xiao yi, me, Jerome and some cheenapok. So starting Jerome got 2 '4's so he was the highest. But after that the cheenapok girl got some combi which was higher so she won. But all of us got a pack of cards. LUCKY WE DIDN'T WIN HAHA! Coz the winner had to sing :3 Funniest thing was that 4/5 of the ppl there was from my family hahah! Coz only 5 ppl allowed. Ohhh but before that, there was some performance then some china girl beside me was such a bitch I swear! She totally kicked me and didn't say sorry and just continued smiling and watched the performance. I WAS LIKE "WTF BITCH?! DON'T YOU HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF MANNERS?! _|_" I swear people here are... Freaking rude.
Oh wells can't be helped. And I don't care ~.~

CHINA: Day 1

So if you guys have not realised, yeah I went to china. Okay, so my flight was at 8 and I had to be at the airport earlier so I ended up waking up at 4. Madness. And I slept at 1 the night before.
Oh wells, so I'm kinda blogging from the hotel. But since there's no wifi here I'll post it later so don't be surprised if I suddenly post this on some later date(:
Anyway, we took China Airlines this time. Okay and I think I'm too spoilt for my own good. We've been sitting SQ too many times I think. Almost everytime we go overseas we'll take SQ. And this time we sat China Airline, I was pretty complacent. Okay not only me. But anyway, the airplane was darn small!! It was basically just 3 seats on the left and 3 on the right. That's all!
Crazy I know. That's how small the plane is. Gosh. But anyway, we had a choice between Chinese cuisine or western cuisine for breakfast. But knowing me, you guys should know that I'll pick the western one right?(;
HAHA! Yeah luckily I did :3 the Chinese cuisine was plain porridge. Mine was scrambled egg with sausage. But since the egg had cheese over it, I didn't eat it. HAHA! But the sausage was definitely a better choice than the porridge. For me at least.
Oh wells, so I kinda forgot how long the flight is but I swear, the service and attitude of the people are... Unbelievable! And it's not in a good way. I literally wanted to argue with them. ARGHHH.
Okay moving on, luckily I didn't drink too much water. Coz my mum went to the toilet and said it was horrible HAHA! There was like water everywhere! But who knows whether it was water or pee. Yuck gross. And my mum was damn joke. Coz there was one toilet which was not locked then it ended up, there was some fat old man peeing and my mum was like... Okay I have no words to explain her expression but it was darn funny XD
OH WELLS. So our tour only consists of us 10 people. Sighhh. And I'm the odd one out yet again. The adults will be with the adults and the boy kids together... And I'm like neither here nor there. Sucks to be me. Which was why I wanted a tour group. GRRR~
Anyway, our guide is called qiu xiao yan. And she's kinda nice I suppose. So after leaving the Xiamen airport, we left for lunch at some restaurant. Okay and that's where my 7 day Chinese diet kicked in. *sobs*
Can't wait to get back to Singapore. And I only just got here ); by the time I return to Singapore, we're gonna have to start school soon);
Okay not the point but... Okay moving on.
After lunch, we went to sit the train. Not the mrt or whatever they call it here. It's sort of like those bullet trains, only slower. Okay forget it. But yeah, we spent another 2-3 hours here. And I slept through. And I can bet ya that I'll spend half the trip sleeping ); oh wells.
And when we reached Fuzhou, it was already dark. But it was only 6!!! My dad said that in winter, the sun goes down when it's 4 or so... (WOW)
Okay yeah (: but after that we took a bus to the hotel. Dinner was at the hotel too. And by the time we got to the rooms, it was 8 or so and yes, it's the end of the day. I know, my reaction was also like..."WTF!?!?!" but yeah... It's damn pathetic, the whole trip today was just to get to the hotel=.= worst thing is that there's no wifi anywhere! OMG! This is seriously killing me. I miss using my phone before I go to sleep ); *sobs*
So that's probably the end of today's blog... I can't think of anything else to add on anyway(:
Anyway, I can't wait to get back to Singapore! And btw, its my first time watching lord of the ring on tv haha! And to all those that haven't watched it yet, don't watch it before you sleep (: its damn scary urgghh. okay, well that's all(: kaythxbye xoxo.
